  • Amazon Business accepts the following: Credit and debit cards from American Express, Visa, Mastercard and more; invoicing; Buy now, pay later installment plans with Affirm; ACH/Direct Debit; checking accounts; and gift cards.

  • Eligible Amazon Business customers are offered the option to defer payment without any upfront interest or fees. Upon receiving your order, Amazon Business will send you an invoice with payment term and due date details.

  • Pay by Invoice is not automatically included with every Business Prime membership. If you are offered Pay by Invoice and have a Business Prime Small, Medium, or Enterprise plan, you are eligible to apply for extended payment terms.

  • Yes, you can assign different payment methods to different groups and can customize preferred payment methods for each group to make checkout faster for buyers.

  • Pay by Invoice is an invitation only program. Upon Amazon Business registration, your account is assessed for eligibility. If eligible, the account administrator will receive a notification to activate the purchasing line. We reassess customer eligibility on an ongoing basis, so you may become eligible in the future.

  • To apply for an Amazon Business Prime American Express Card: (1) Click Learn more and select Apply Now. (2) Complete the application form.
