Yes. Integrated e-procurement customers using AI-powered end-to-end procurement can also buy through Punchout, for example. Customers can choose to create one or more integrated buying journeys to enable smart business buying.
No account configuration updates are needed to use Amazon Business' AI-powered end-to-end procurement in your existing system. The Amazon Business support team can assist with onboarding, ensuring your account is set up if your system supports AI-powered end-to-end procurement.
